Our local library system will get a collection agency after delinquent accounts. I have never held a book for two years, though. I think by then I would have a lien on my property.
Oh. And Mom in article: Good for you for paying attention to what your daughter reads. Now, let other parents police their own kids and let the library keep a collection that is for a general public…not just you.
